Ms Liz is the founder of HPG® & creator of Panda MiMi®. Mr Tomy FONG is a craft beer master & international beer judge.
Liz & Tomy are both with huge passion in craft beer and collaborate for Craft MiMi® Beer in 2016. Liz takes care of creative works for brand building and marketing while Tomy focuses on creating the secret recipes which differentiates itself with the unique beer taste & quality.

This stunning Imperial Stout has a dense black colour and beautiful dark brown head. Fabulous aromas of hazelnut intermixed with roasted chocolate, caramel, dried prune and smoke. It has a superb entry on the palate, full body, an opulent texture, silky and round, intense and complex. A solid finish with strong bittersweet and nuttiness. Good for aging.

From Lion BeeBee's perspective, PANDA POWER represents "Gentleness but not Timidness". In 2021, exactly five years since Lion BeeBee met Panda MiMi, Lion BeeBee conceived an idea to create a beer that is full in strength and ages well, suitable for slow tasting and is brewed only once a year to celebrate Panda MiMi's birthday. MiMi's resolute and brave attitude towards life gave birth to the PANDA POWER 2023 Imperial Stout.

One day on their drinking journey, Lion BeeBee & Panda MiMi met Sloth Little. Mimi immediately fell in love with Little’s gift of FAIRTASTE organic cashew brittle. Abundant dark chocolate aroma, mixed together with the fragrance from beautifully roasted coffee, dried , plums and dried blackberries, Opaque black in colour with nice brown head. Smooth in the palate, has dominant dark chocolate flavour, high in density and is full-bodied; has a little caramel flavour and sourness that balance out the bitterness of the dark chocolate and has a long aftertaste. For a moment, it feels like you are really enjoying a dark chocolate drink!

Apart from the beautiful banana and clove aroma of a traditional German wheat beer, Paradise Weissbier also carries a lively and innocent feelings. Pure and smooth in the palate, pleasure by the high carbonation. Then, comes the clean and sweet aftertaste.

When Panda MiMi sees the pale yellow colour of this beer, it reminds her a memorable horse riding journey in New Zealand with Merino SiSi. It was an idyllic paradise with a blissful sensation of warm sunshine and peaceful serene surroundings. Panda MiMi and Merino SiSi are connected by the belief that ‘It’s more blessed to Give than to Receive’. They often talk about sharing love with others in the world and the indescribable sweet feeling and motivation that comes from it.
This has inspired Lion BeeBee to craft this refreshing and sweet Paradise beer which makes people taste the comfort and joy of giving!

創作背景
熊貓蜜蜜創作人Liz與好朋友Lisa繫於共同信念“常存的信望愛中最大是愛”和“施比受有福”。
始於2006她們和朋友一起創立了一個慈惠基金以實踐分享愛的使命。
Lisa喜愛蜜蜜啤品牌鼓勵人們與親友相聚時，共享以匠藝把天然原材釀造出來的手工啤酒添加聚會歡樂；又傳揚愛。平和。大自然的理念，故她自2018年取得品味潮人啤酒品評師資格後，今年創立《思施》品牌與蜜蜜啤聯乘協作出品這款世外桃源。
Liz也特別為熊貓蜜語中多創作一位心靈酵母角色-- 綿羊思思，並以世外桃源這產品表達Lisa的《思施》品牌理念-- 常思念施予便有福，心情更有難以言喻的舒暢。

Lion Bee Bee brewed this "Late Harvest" in order to create a craft beer taste that his friend A.Ko likes. Late harvest wines often refer to use grapes that are harvested after normal ripening, just when the grapes develop a special aroma. Lion Bee Bee specially brought Panda MiMi to the vineyard to see the late harvest grapes and to have a taste of the delicious wine-like & whisky-like beer that had been brewed with only 4 basic beer-brewing raw materials!

等待的藝術讓收穫更豐碩甜美
大獅啤啤為要讓朋友A.Ko心中偏愛的味道展現在手工啤酒而釀造了甘甜的“晚收”！晚收葡萄酒常指葡萄在正常成熟後還要待果實形成特殊香氣時才採收來釀製葡萄酒。所以他特地帶熊貓蜜蜜到酒堡觀賞晚收葡萄同時讓她品嚐只用了釀造啤酒4種基本原材卻成了尤如馥郁紅酒、威士忌味道來的蜜蜜啤！

Beautiful coffee aroma together with hints of caramel and nuts. Very smooth. Sweetness from malt pairs extremely well with the bitter aftertaste of the ‘black tea’. Very drinkable and tastes just like the delicious Hong Kong beverage “Yuan Yang” but with foam and bubbles!

“Yuan Yang” is a famous Hong Kong style beverage. One day, when Panda MiMi saw the “Cha Chaan Teng” style tea cup while having her first cup of Hiang Kie Yuan Yang, it reminded her of her craving for an iced cold drink everytime she finished playing “Mad Tea Party”! When Lion Bee Bee found out about it, he specially brewed this Brown Ale, which is filled with feelings of Hong Kong and tastes just like an iced-cold “Yuan Yang” - with foam and bubbles for Panda MiMi’s enjoyment.

New Release of “Okinawa Shikuwasa Gose”, a new baby is launched as a result of an unprecedented product collaboration @【MiMi Beer】
Having launched "Sushi Wit", the world’s first craft beer brewed especially for pairing with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi dishes, early this year, “MiMi Beer” was then invited to collaborate with “Okinawa Bridging Asia”, a Japanese organization that acted as a trade window between Japan and Asia and the rest of the world; and “Kourmet 52”, a platform that specialized in sourcing and introducing exquisite high-end ingredients and gourmet food products to Hong Kong. MiMi Beer’s Master Brewer Tomy has infused his beer recipe with essence from the Okinawa Shikuwasa fruit in brewing this fabulous Gose. The result is that the Gose retains the unique aroma and flavour of these Okinawa Shikuwasa. As both Gose and Okinawa Shikuwasa are high in acidity, Tomy decided to create a more popular entry-level Gose by reducing the level of sourness, compared to a typical Gose. In doing so, Tomy hopes to appeal to new drinkers who may otherwise be discouraged by the Gose’s high acidity.
In designing the beer label, Liz, creative & art director of "MiMi" and her team also pay special tribute to Japanese animation, which is one of Liz’s favourite media formats. She intentionally designs the beer label to exude a feeling of Japanese animation. Dressed in bikini, the super cute Panda MiMi happily plays on the beach under the glorious Sun. The image of Okinawa instantly evokes in everyone’s mind!
*“Okinawa Bridging Asia”, with national offices both inside and outside of Okinawa , is an official organization that connects Japan to Asia and internationally through acting as a trade window and bridge in between. The organization takes full advantage of Okinawa’s location, being the southernmost island in Japan close to South East Asia.
** Okinawa Shikuwasa
A product of Okinawa, it's a citrus fruit with a green skin that has tastes somewhere in between a lemon and a mandarin. It is very high in acidity, rich in nutrient content such as vitamin C and citric acid and is thus very healthy. Rumor has it that this is one of the reasons why the village people of Ogimi, Okinawa has particularly long lives.
