Beautiful aroma of citrus, fresh grapes, berries and roses provided by New World hops are exuded when the craft beer sits in the glass. Fruity & elegant like champagne.
Not only because the controlling of the mashing temperature, but also uses special yeast which contains enzyme to reduce sugar content, making the aftertaste of this tremendous craft beer Super Dry & aromatically as champagne, with a little mineral touch, it is a craft beer specially created to pair Teppanyaki with rich & fat flavor but delicate taste.

在杯中散發出新世界啤酒花提供的柑橘、青提、漿果和玫瑰花的香氣，果香豐富，如香檳一般優雅，不單止在出糖溫度上下功夫，還採用含酶的特殊酵母降低糖份，使啤酒餘韻如香檳般超級干爽芳香，加上帶點礦物味道，是一款專為配搭味濃油份高但味道細緻的日式鐵板燒料理而創作的手工啤酒。
