Story Behind
One day, Penguin BingBing, another member of the Panda MiMi and Lion BeeBee family, met BeeBee and immediately followed him into the world of craft beer. The adventure-loving BingBing has travelled to more than 80 countries in the world. Today, he brings BeeBee and MiMi to travel across the fiery volcanos and glaciers along the way, all on ice cubes! Therefore, Bee Bee brews this cool and layered craft beer especially to show his appreciation for Bing Bing, and to also let everyone enjoy and savour the unique sensation on their taste buds while exploring the exciting world of volcanos and glaciers.
Tasting Note
With an exciting aroma of citrus, melon, berry & grapefruit, and an energetically cool freshness that is smooth in texture, this craft beer has a solid dry aftertaste and is well balanced, hoppy, malty & harmonious!

The Art of “Waiting” makes the harvest richer and sweeter...
Lion Bee Bee brewed this "Late Harvest" in order to create a craft beer taste that his friend A.Ko likes. Late harvest wines often refer to use grapes that are harvested after normal ripening, just when the grapes develop a special aroma. Lion Bee Bee specially brought Panda MiMi to the vineyard to see the late harvest grapes and to have a taste of the delicious wine-like & whisky-like beer that had been brewed with only 4 basic beer-brewing raw materials!
Tasting Note
Rich and ripe aromas of red grapes, cherries, plums and dried fruits, mixed with nuts, malt and caramel. Smooth in the palate, round & full body. You can also feel the maltiness and the alcohol warmth with long finish and a hint of whisky-like spiciness.

Story Behind
When Panda MiMi sees the pale yellow colour of this beer, it reminds her a memorable horse riding journey in New Zealand with Merino SiSi. It was an idyllic paradise with a blissful sensation of warm sunshine and peaceful serene surroundings. Panda MiMi and Merino SiSi are connected by the belief that ‘It’s more blessed to Give than to Receive’. They often talk about sharing love with others in the world and the indescribable sweet feeling and motivation that comes from it.
This has inspired Lion BeeBee to craft this refreshing and sweet Paradise beer which makes people taste the comfort and joy of giving! Lets Enjoy the Delight in Giving!!
Tasting Note
Apart from the beautiful banana and clove aroma of a traditional German wheat beer, Paradise Weissbier also carries a lively and innocent feelings. Pure and smooth in the palate, pleasure by the high carbonation. Then, comes the clean and sweet aftertaste.

Beautiful aroma of citrus, fresh grapes, berries and roses provided by New World hops are exuded when the craft beer sits in the glass. Fruity & elegant like champagne. Not only because the controlling of the mashing temperature, but also uses special yeast which contains enzyme to reduce sugar content, making the aftertaste of this tremendous craft beer Super Dry & aromatically as champagne, with a little mineral touch, it is a craft beer specially created to pair Teppanyaki with rich & fat flavor but delicate taste.

When Mimi and Little exchange the ideas of downshifting lifestyle on the Cashew seesaw, BeeBee was inspired of brewing “Be Fair” – a beer with cashew brittle aftertaste, which implies that with Love in heart, one will always act honest and fair.

A gorgeously sweet malt aroma mixed with hints of toffee, caramel and cashew notes. The nutty and lightly caramelly character are well balance with the malt sweetness in the palate. Remarkably smooth and high drinkability. A luxury, velvety textured finish.

Upon having a fantastic sip of organic Earl Grey tea during their drinking journey, Lion BeeBee decided to pay a visit to the tea leaves’ origin – Darjeeling of India with Panda MiMi. BeeBee adopted the FAIRTASTE’s Earl Grey tea leaves – well-known of its unique citron fragrance for brewing “Be Frank”. Being attracted by BeeBee’s sincere brewing moment, MiMi rode on the citron’s aroma and floated into the air…
Tasting Note
The nose has great purity of sweet bergamot, berry and pine intermixed with hints of caramel. At first the beer seems subtle and elegant, but then the deepth and solid texture are very impressive. Layers of Earl Gray Tea intermixed with hoppy and earthy. The finish is incredibly long and balance. An extraordinary Black IPA!

Panda MiMi was attached by the spectacle of a magnificent sleeping-volcano-shaped chocolate being merged with the dark beer. When surfing on the fragrant and smooth Chocolate Stout, the explosive feeling is super cool and exciting! From a sudden inspiration, Lion BeeBee decided to use CHOCONEXT dark chocolate to brew this "Pure Dark" Chocolate Stout. Let's get fascinated by the black beauty!
Tasting Note
Abundant dark chocolate aroma, mixed together with the fragrance from beautifully roasted coffee, dried , plums and dried blackberries, Opaque black in colour with nice brown head. Smooth in the palate, has dominant dark chocolate flavour, high in density and is full-bodied; has a little caramel flavour and sourness that balance out the bitterness of the dark chocolate and has a long aftertaste. For a moment, it feels like you are really enjoying a dark chocolate drink!

Story Behind
“Yuan Yang” is a famous Hong Kong style beverage. One day, when Panda MiMi saw the “Cha Chaan Teng” style tea cup while having her first cup of Hiang Kie Yuan Yang, it reminded her of her craving for an iced cold drink everytime she finished playing “Mad Tea Party”! When Lion Bee Bee found out about it, he specially brewed this Brown Ale, which is filled with feelings of Hong Kong and tastes just like an iced-cold “Yuan Yang” - with foam and bubbles for Panda MiMi’s enjoyment.
Tasting Note
Beautiful coffee aroma together with hints of caramel and nuts. Very smooth. Sweetness from malt pairs extremely well with the bitter aftertaste of the ‘black tea’. Very drinkable and tastes just like the delicious Hong Kong beverage “Yuan Yang” but with foam and bubbles!
