Tasting Note
Dark ruby/purple coloured, intense primary nose of black plums, black currents with smoky, toasty new oak intermixed with jammy black fruits, medium to full body, well-integrated tannin, super elegant! Aged for more than 14 years but still feels young and energetic. High density. Complex and with a remarkably long aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Grilled steak, Char Siu, Chinese cuisine with strong flavours.
Ageing
12 months in 500-litre French OAK barrels, 50% new and 50% used.

A deep ruby/purple in colour. Fabulous bouquet of strawberry, raspberries, licorice and hints of vanilla and herbs. Medium body, silky but rich fruits in the palate. Long aftertaste, elegant and pure. Relatively young wine can enjoy nicely now but still with aging potential.

Grilled steak, roasted duck, any kind of cheeses.
