Tasting Note
A deep ruby/purple in colour. Fabulous bouquet of strawberry, raspberries, licorice and hints of vanilla and herbs. Medium body, silky but rich fruits in the palate. Long aftertaste, elegant and pure. Relatively young wine can enjoy nicely now but still with aging potential​.
 
Food Pairing
Grilled steak, roasted duck, any kind of cheeses.

9 months 20% in barrels and 80% in vats

30% Merlot / 30% Vieux Carignan / 15% Cabernet Sauvignon /

品酒筆記
色澤呈深紫紅。散發著迷人的士多啤梨、覆盆子、甘草香氣，並伴隨淡淡的雲尼拿和香草氣息。酒體中等，口感絲滑，果味濃鬱。餘韻悠長，優雅純淨。這款酒雖然相對年輕，但現在也適合飲用，不過仍具有相當高的陳年潛力。
